3.2D – Minimum Fine for Contract Violations
Any Club found to have violated contract rules shall be fined a minimum of $500,000, regardless of the specific nature or dollar value of the violation. This standard fine reflects the administrative burden of enforcement and the potential for Clubs to gain unfair leverage in Player negotiations.
