League Information

"Major League Baseball" (MLB) is the professional baseball organization in the United States and Canada. It is the oldest of the major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada.

MLB consists of 30 teams: 15 in the National League and 15 in the American League, each playing 162 regular-season games annually.

The league is known for its rich history, iconic players, and the annual championship series known as the World Series.

MLB consists of 30 teams: 15 in the National League and 15 in the American League, each playing 162 regular-season games annually.

Due to the Promotion and Relegation system, 2 teams will change in the league every off-season

Schedule Information

Each team will play every team in its own league 12 times per season for a total of 168 games per team.



Playoff Information

6 out of the 15 teams from each league will qualify for the playoffs.

No wildcards, Seeded by Position in Standings. Re-rodered by seed prior to each round.

Both of the 2 top team from each league get a bye in round 1 of the playoffs.




Affiliation Information

The International League (AAA), Eastern League (AA), Florida Development League (A), and Prospect Development League (R)

comprise a four-league minor league baseball system affiliated with both MLB and MLB2.
