3.2C – Contract Extension Violations Post-Trade
If a violation of contract extension rules is discovered after a Player has been traded, any resulting fines or penalties, shall be levied against the Club that originally entered into the extension agreement with the Player. The acquiring Club shall bear no responsibility.
