IPBF will consist of 2 Major Leagues: MLB and MLB2.

MLB:
Teams: 30 (2, 15 team “Conferences/Leagues”)
Schedule: 168 Game Schedule. Every team plays 12 games against every team in their own Conference/League.
All-Star Game: Yes
Playoffs: 12 teams qualify (6 teams from each Conference/League)
The 1st place team from each division, as well as 3 Wildcards from each conference, will qualify. Seeding (by Winning %) Wildcards are not seeded lowest.
Wildcard round: Best of 3 (Seeds 1 and 2 from each conference get a bye)
Division Series: Best of 5
League Championship Series: Best of 7
World Series: Best of 7
Promotion/Relegation: The team with the worst record from each Conference/League will be relegated to MLB2 in the off-season.

MLB2:
Teams: 20 (2, 10 team “Conferences/Leagues”)
Schedule: 162 Game Schedule. Every team plays 18 games against every team in their own Conference/League.
Playoffs: 2 teams qualify (Top team from each Conference/League)
The Top team from each Conference (The teams being promoted to MLB) will play a Best of 7 for the “Promotion Cup”.
Promotion/Relegation: The team with the best record from each Conference/League will be promoted to MLB in the off-season. MLB2 will receive The 2 teams with the worst record from each Conference/League from MLB in the off-season.
