6.4D - IAFA Pool Money Trades
IAFA pool money becomes tradeable when the current draft concludes and the IAFA pool opens. Teams may discuss and agree to a trade before then, but neither the IAFA pool money nor any draft pick included in that deal may be traded or processed until the pool opens.

When the trade is processed, each team must own the cash, players, or eligible draft picks it agreed to send. An agreement made earlier does not reserve those assets.
