5.6 - Governance and Voting Rights
A. Voting Eligibility:
To preserve league integrity and ensure that major league decisions are made by the most committed and experienced members, a General Manager must complete five (5) full seasons of active league service before receiving the “5+” designation on Discord and being granted voting rights.

This requirement is intended to ensure that governance decisions are entrusted to members who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to the league and its long-term success.

B. Voting Procedure:
All matters requiring a league vote shall be determined by a simple majority of eligible voting members. A vote shall be approved when more than fifty percent (50%) of votes cast are in favor.

Only votes submitted prior to the expiration of the designated voting period shall be considered valid. Any eligible member who does not submit a vote prior to the deadline shall be considered abstaining, and such abstentions shall not be counted as votes cast for the purpose of determining the outcome.

C. Commissioner Authority:
While many proposed rule changes and league decisions may be presented to the membership for discussion and vote, the Commissioner retains the authority to add, remove, modify, or amend league rules when deemed necessary to preserve league integrity, competitive balance, and the standard of quality
