5.4 - Emergency Double Dipping:
In the event of a prolonged vacancy, a current Gm will be permitted to "Double Dip" or temporarily take on the 2nd team.
"Double Dipping" GM's are not allowed to make any trades, waiver claims, Rule 5 claims, or any type of other transaction with their primary team.
Any trades made by a double-dipping GM must be submitted to and approved by the board of governors or "BOG' before being processed in-game.

5.4 – Emergency Double Dipping

In the event of a prolonged vacancy, a current GM may be assigned a second club (“Double Dipping”) on a temporary basis.

a. Restrictions
A Double Dipping GM may not conduct trades, waiver claims, Rule 5 selections, or any other transactions involving their primary club and the secondary club. All transactions involving the secondary club must be submitted to and approved by the Board of Governors (“BOG”), or they will not be processed.

b. File Management (Recommended)
Double Dipping GMs are encouraged, but not required, to utilize the starter file to create a separate save (e.g., “Double Dip”) for operating the secondary club.

c. Activity Expectations
Double-dipping GMs are expected to maintain regular exports for the secondary club, regardless of perceived inactivity, in order to support overall league export rates.

d. Organizational Mandate
The role of a Double Dipping GM is to maintain stability, not to implement major or long-term organizational changes. Responsibilities include preserving roster integrity and preventing losses due to minor league or personnel free agency.
Notwithstanding the above, clearly beneficial long-term opportunities (e.g., advantageous trades or free agent signings) should be pursued.

e. Commissioner Oversight
The Commissioner may issue specific instructions or limitations to the Double Dipping GM at any time.

f. League Assignment
Where possible, Double Dipping GMs will be assigned to a club in the opposite league.
