Any MLM GM with 5 years in the league has the option to relocate their Winter League team.
Name change, stadium name change, and Logo changes are all acceptable.
$15,000,000 cost / Teams can only be relocated once every 7 Seasons
Relocation, team name & logo all subject to commish approval.
Subject to approval by the commissioner's Office.
