Staff member & Affiliate Organization Trading: Amended

Organizations will be permitted to trade both Staff Members & Minor League Organization Affiliations.
- This can only be done in the Off-Season
- Organizations must create a Vacant spot for the Staff acquisition
- Organizations must reduce the roster size of the affiliations they are swapping to 0 to accommodate the swap.
Amended:
Staff Member/Personnel Trading:
Staff Members/Personnel may be traded.
During the Off-Season only.
Acquiring Clubs must have a vacant position available at the time of the trade.
