9.4 - Winter-Ball Staff/Personnel transfers:
- Members of your organizations minor league staff/personnel can be manually transferred by a league commissioner to an empty Winter Ball spot if they refuse to transfer in-game. 
- Any staff/personnel that are transferred to Winter Ball manually by a League commissioner can also be manually transferred back to the team they were on before being transferred to Winter Ball when Winter Ball concludes, Only staff manually transferred into Winter Ball can be transferred out.
- These transfer requests can be posted in the #Staff-Auctions channel on Discord.
