2.2 – Export & Roster Compliance Enforcement
Teams that miss five consecutive exports without any communication will have an export submitted for them to keep the league running smoothly. If the team has:

Injuries lasting 7 days or longer, or
-
Obvious holes in the lineup or pitching staff,
...the lineups and pitching will be autoed to ensure on-field competitiveness.
The same rule applies to each minor league level individually. For example, if only the AA roster is non-compliant, only AA will be autoed — not the full farm system.
If a team's minor league rosters violate roster minimums, the entire minor league system may be autoed to ensure compliance.
These actions are not punitive but are meant to preserve the integrity of the league for active GMs.
