An exception shall apply for the two (2) simulations immediately following the import of the First-Year Player Draft into the game (April 29th through May 13th).
During this period, roster limits shall not be enforced to allow clubs adequate time to process draft assignments and releases.
During the off-season (November 1st through March 31st), clubs may carry up to 270 players in their Minor League System to allow flexibility for minor league free-agent signings.
Clubs in violation of the applicable roster limit shall be assessed a $250,000 fine, added to future Miscellaneous Team Expenses.
Each additional simulation in which the club remains in violation shall result in an additional $250,000 fine.
